ORDERING FROM US
1.1 You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors.
1.2 Our acceptance of an order takes place when we despatch the order. When we despatch the order the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.
1.3 We may refuse to accept an order:
(a) where goods are not available;
(b) where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment;
(c) if there has been a pricing or product description error.
CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY
2.1 If you wish to cancel your order:
(a) you can notify us by email to sales@picturefavourites.co.uk before we have dispatched the goods to you; or
(b) where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 2.2 below.
2.2 You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept any returns on personalized items that have been manufactured specifically for you unless they are faulty.
2.3 Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required if they are faulty. If not we will give you a full refund minus a charge of £9.99 per item to cover post, packaging and administration. Products returned from overseas will be charged at a rate of £12.99 per item returned.
2.4 The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause 4.3 will not apply in the following circumstances: - in the event that the product has been used. Pictures should be returned to us still in the original packaging i.e. still in the shrink-wrap.
The provisions of this clause 2.4 do not affect your statutory rights.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
4.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Disputes arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.We ship goods worldwide. We aim to dispatch your orders either the same day or the next working day (Excluding Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holidays). Please allow a little extra time for persoanlised items.
Standard Delivery Service. We use a two day tracked and signed courier service for all UK deliveries and use Royal Mail’s international delivery service for overseas orders. UK deliveries normally take 1 – 3 days from despatch. Parts of the Highlands of Scotland may incur an additional charge.Overseas deliveries will take longer as we are dependant on the parcel going through customs and local delivery facilities within that country; some are more efficient than others.
We cannot be held liable for delays in delivery due to third party.
If your goods cannot be delivered in the UK for any reason and returned to us, the cost of the goods will be refunded in full less our standard handling fee to cover packing and administration cost. If your goods have been returned from overseas, the cost of goods will be refunded in full less a £12.99 charge to cover packaging and administration.
If it becomes apparent that your order has been lost in the post, we will re-send your order at no additional cost to you. Please allow four weeks from expected arrival date to confirm the loss.
